Here you can find the current prices for CC Metall AB’s services within building permit drawings, architectural drawings, engineering services, structural engineering services, fabrication drawings and heritage projects.

We work digitally with private individuals, companies, property owners, housing associations, construction companies, architects, workshops and other clients throughout Europe.

The prices on this page are shown both excluding and including 25% Swedish VAT.

For customers outside Sweden, the applicable VAT treatment may vary depending on the customer, country and place of supply. The final invoicing currency and VAT treatment will be specified in the quotation.

20% Discount on Building Permit Drawings

CC Metall AB currently offers a 20% discount on building permit drawings until 30 September 2026.

The regular-price columns show the prices before the discount. The promotional-price columns show the prices after the discount has been applied.

The discount applies to the listed project prices for building permit drawings. Additional work, external consultants, site visits, surveys and other services are only included when expressly stated in the quotation.

Important Information About Our Prices

The prices are starting prices and assume that the client can provide clear and sufficient project information.

The final price is affected by factors including:

• the size and complexity of the project

• existing drawings and other available documentation

• the number of drawings and calculations required

• the requested level of detail

• the number of design options

• the number of revisions

• the need for a survey or site visit

• the need for a structural engineer or another specialist

• local authority requirements

• requested file formats

• requested delivery time

The written quotation or order confirmation always defines the final scope, price, delivery time and terms of the assignment.

The converted currency amounts are indicative. The binding price is the amount and currency stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

The drawings included vary depending on the project. Building permit documentation may, for example, include a site plan, floor plans, elevation drawings and a section drawing.

Structural drawings, structural calculations, certified building control services, energy calculations, fire engineering, geotechnical services and other specialist services are not automatically included.

3. Prices for Engineering Services and Technical Drawings

CC Metall AB prepares technical drawings and engineering documentation for projects in which dimensions, materials, connections, fixings and practical execution need to be presented clearly.

This may include:

• installation and assembly documentation

• coordination between the architect, structural engineer, contractor and manufacturer

The quotation specifies:

• which calculations are included

• which structural drawings will be prepared

• who is responsible for dimensioning and checking

• whether an external specialist will be involved

• whether any required signature or certification is included

• which assumptions, conditions and exclusions apply

CC Metall AB assists with drawings and technical documentation for older buildings and heritage-sensitive environments.

This may include:

• railings and gates

• decorative metalwork

• fittings

• entrance structures

• decorative grilles

• fanlights

• documentation of older building elements

• recreation of details from photographs or archive material

• new solutions adapted to a historic architectural style

For building permit, structural engineering and authority-related projects, drawings and calculations need to be adapted to the country and municipality in which the project will be carried out.

Local regulations, standards, loads, professional qualification requirements and requirements for signatures or certification may affect both the scope and price of the assignment.
