CC Metall AB helps private individuals, property companies, housing associations, construction companies and businesses with clear architectural drawings for planning, building permits, renovations, extensions and project development.

We produce architectural drawings that can be used in the early concept stage, for quotation requests, as documentation for building permit applications, or as clear material for continued project planning.

The drawings can be adapted to the scope of the project and to the existing documentation available.

We can assist with, for example, floor plans, facade drawings, section drawings, simple design proposals, renovation proposals, extensions, entrances, garages, carports, conservatories, commercial premises adaptations, apartment alterations and other property projects.

The work can often be carried out remotely. The client sends existing drawings, measurements, photos, sketches, inspiration images and a short description of the project. Based on this, we produce clear drawings and documentation that make it easier to move forward with the project.

Price: from SEK 950/hour excluding VAT, approximately €87/hour or £75/hour excluding VAT. A fixed price can be provided after reviewing the project material. The euro and pound amounts are approximate and rounded based on current exchange-rate references.
