CC Metall AB produces clear and buildable manufacturing drawings for companies within construction, metalwork, workshops, carpentry, wood production and custom manufacturing.

We assist with drawing documentation for both wood products and metal products – from simpler details to more customised constructions.

The drawings are adapted for real production, cutting, machining and assembly – not just to look good on screen. The goal is to reduce questions in the workshop or carpentry shop, avoid misunderstandings and make manufacturing faster, clearer and safer.

Manufacturing drawings for straight staircases, curved staircases, spiral staircases and custom-made staircases in wood, steel or combined materials where construction, function and form are important.

Jigs and fixtures

Drawings for jigs and fixtures that simplify production, save time and make repeated details more precise. This can be useful in both metal production and wood production.

Custom details

Drawings for brackets, fixings, consoles, steel frames, wooden frames, mounting plates, fixing details and other custom details that need to be manufactured accurately.

Clear documentation for production and assembly

Price for manufacturing drawings

Below are approximate prices including VAT. The final price depends on scope, level of detail, existing documentation, material choice, fixings and which drawings or files need to be produced.

For clearly defined assignments, we can often provide a fixed price after reviewing the documentation.

Additional and hourly work

For extra revisions, changes, measurements, customisation or additional work, the work is charged according to the hourly rate:

approx. €80 / £70 per hour incl. VAT

For companies, this corresponds to:

approx. €64 / £56 per hour excl. VAT

- sketch or photo of the staircase/railing
- approximate measurements
- height between floors
- width of staircase or railing
- desired material
- photos from the site
- information about whether it should be steel, wood, glass or combined materials
