Drawings that can normally be included
Building permit documentation can consist of several different drawings depending on what is to be done.
Site plan
Shows the location on the plot, property boundaries, existing buildings and the planned measure.
Floor plans
Show the building from above with walls, rooms, doors, windows, dimensions and function.
Facade drawings
Show the building’s exterior appearance, such as facades, roof, windows, doors, materials and heights.
Section drawings
Show a section through the building with room heights, floor levels, roof pitch and construction principles.
Additional drawings and documentation
If needed, we can also produce or coordinate additional documentation, for example:

For larger or more complex projects, other expertise may also be required, such as a structural engineer, fire consultant, energy consultant or certified control officer.

Below are starting prices including VAT. One simple revision is included in many fixed prices. The final price depends on the scope of the project, existing documentation, the municipality’s requirements and which drawings need to be produced.

For simpler assignments, we can often provide a fixed price after reviewing your material.
Additional and hourly work
The price includes 1 revision after review of the drawing documentation.
After that, additional revisions, measurements, site visits and other extra work are charged according to the hourly rate:
Approx. €80 / £70 per hour incl. VAT
Municipal fees, certified control officer, structural calculations and other external consultant costs are not included unless otherwise stated in the quote.
How it works
Send us the material you have. This can include existing drawings, hand sketches, photos, measurements, a site plan, inspiration images or a short description of what you want to do.
Once we have reviewed the material, we will get back to you with an assessment, price proposal and information about which drawings need to be produced.
Many assignments can be handled fully digitally without a site visit, provided that the documentation is clear.
Material we need from you
To provide a quote and produce drawings, we normally need:
- existing drawings if available
- photos of the building
- measurements or a sketch
- address or property designation
- a short description of what is to be built or changed
- information if the municipality has already requested specific documents
The clearer the material we receive from the start, the faster we can assess the project and provide a price proposal.
