Building permit drawings

We produce clear building permit drawings for property companies, housing associations, businesses and privately owned properties.

This may include façade changes, entrances, extensions, storage buildings, waste storage buildings, garages, carports, balconies, terraces, conservatories, floor plans, section drawings and other documents required for building permits or notifications.

Price: approx. €65/hour or £56/hour excl. VAT

Architectural drawings

We assist with architectural drawings, design proposals and drawing documentation for projects where form, function, layout and the overall concept need to be developed.

This is suitable for renovations, adaptations of premises, façade changes, apartment alterations, larger property projects or when you need clear documentation for decisions, quotations or building permits.

Price from approx. €87/hour or £75/hour excl. VAT

Engineering drawings

We produce technical drawings and engineering documentation for projects where structure, dimensions, details and function need to be clearly presented.

This may include structural documentation, details, technical solutions, fixings, steel, building details, renovations and documentation that needs to be coordinated with architects, builders, structural engineers or other specialists.

Price: approx. €106/hour or £91/hour excl. VAT

Manufacturing drawings for wood and metal

We produce clear CAD and manufacturing drawings for companies in construction, metalwork, workshops, carpentry and custom manufacturing.

The drawings are adapted for production, cutting, machining and installation. We assist with documentation for stairs, railings, gates, wooden products, carpentry details, building details, steel structures, jigs, fixtures and custom solutions.

Price: approx. €65/hour or £56/hour excl. VAT

Cultural heritage projects

We assist with drawings and technical documentation for cultural heritage environments where metal, details, proportions and traditional design language need to be handled with care and sensitivity.

This may involve churches, older buildings, recreation of details, custom metal solutions or projects where new elements need to fit into an existing environment.
